Burns due to the high temperature of the hotend or the print bed. Do not touch the nozzle or the print bed during operation.
Injuries due to moving parts. Do not wear loose clothing when operating the printer.
Microparticles and VOCs inhalation, since the printers are not (yet) equipped with ventilated enclosures. Make sure to print with low emitting filament, or use a respiratory mask.
Recommended : respiratory mask if you print with materials different than PLA and you smell something.
Once the objects are 3D printed, we recommend using the following equipment in different situations :
Recommended : gloves, if you use a spatula to detach the 3D printed parts from the print bed, or to detach supports.
Recommended : safety glasses when removing supports.
Keep the gcode file name short, otherwise the printer might not read it.
The 1st layer should be completely flat, otherwise there is a high risk that the parts detach later or wrap.
